If Linko does not locate your “shared data”
on the network, you will see one of these messages. The information kept at this location includes
templates, reports, updates and other shared files.

- Go to System
Administration -> System Administration -> Database Properties tab,
to check the Root Location of the Shared Files is correct.
- If the information
is correct, this message was generated due to limited network access, or
network drives not mounted. Contact
your IT department to check these configurations.
