As SMR report packages are received, users will open the Self Monitoring section of Linko for Data Entry.  The analytical results should be entered in the Sampling section of the application.  If users have LinkoExchange or have data submitted electronically through LabSync for IUs from Labs, manual data entry here may be completed and this section used only for review, compliance and reporting.  SMR is a new event category that will show data in both the EVENTS module and is reportable with other events and in the SELF MONITORING module

 

 

 

This screen functions like Event Management.

 

Filtering:

·       Select Industry or Group

·       Select Due Date

·       Group Filter – create new Self Monitoring groups for filtering

·       Right-click filter creates temporary filter

 

Actions Menu: (same as other list screens)

·       Config Layout – can change screen layout

·       Excel Preview – opens table of filtered data for export to excel

 

Editable Fields:

·       The white Fields are editable and will save changes immediately, once cursor focus leaves the field.

·       Click in editable field, background turns blue\green

·       In Events Administration users can set auto-created records to be locked, users must have unlock privileges to edit if this is been set

 

 

Fields specific to Self Monitoring events are highlighted.

 

 

All basic screen functions work the same as other event detail screens:

·       New\Edit\Delete

·       Create Violation

·       Lock\Unlock\Log

 

Review Complete – when set to True, on Save the Date Reviewed and Reviewed By fields are required.

 

The related items screen is only functional when SMR Events are received from the LinkoExchange application.   This tab will contain references to Samples or other items submitted from within a report package.

 

There is an updated EVENTS section in Compliance Assistance for processing SMR report events, where compliance reports can be run and/or violations created.  Users may also click the Create Violation button during data entry as seen below:

 

 

Best Practice:

For consistent and complete violations records processing, please use Compliance Assistant Events Compliance to process violations for the SMR records.  This will auto create violations for non-compliance as well as significant non-compliance for late reports and/or report events marked as incomplete.
